AR Journal Entry

An accounts receivable journal is generated when a sales order with an Advance Receipt is invoiced.

The journals are read only. You must delete the associated Advanced Receipt before you can delete journals.

Note: You can apply an invoice generated from a sales order to an accounts receivable journal regardless of whether the sales order has Advance Receipts or not.
