AR Customer Maintenance

When advanced receipts are in use, the Balances section of the AR Customer Maintenance form shows the total of all advance receipts for the customer as at the current date.

In addition, an Advance receipt % displays on the Defaults tab of the AR Customer Maintenance form. The percentage is taken from the Sales Order Module Control form, but you can edit it for each customer. The value represents the percentage of the sales order total that defaults to the advance receipt on SO Advance Receipt Entry form.
