Bill of Materials Listing Report

Use this report to print out a list of the bills of material that are set up for a single item or a range of items.

Header Details

• Report process date and time
• Page number

Line Details

These details display for each manufactured item (in the report range) with a bill of material defined:

• Item (parent) code
• Item (parent) description
• Batch size
• Item (parent) UOM
• Bill Allow additional materials
• Bill costing method
• Bill estimated cost
• Bill lead time
• Bill last change date
• Bill last change by (the user who last maintained the bill)
• Bill notes
• Bill Print notes on factory order indicator

For each item, the bill of material details also display. One line prints for each bill of material component, displaying these details:

• Line type
• Item code
• Item description
• Item unit
• Item quantity
• Item unit cost
• Total line cost
• Line Fixed Cost
• Line Is Manufacturing Item

If a route plan is defined for the bill, the details of the route plan prints below the bill details. One line prints for each work centre in the route plan, displaying these details:

• Work centre code
• Work centre description
• Lead time
• Work centre line Is fixed indicator

The output of the report is sorted by item.
