User Preferences
These settings assign users to the profit centres they can access for entering transactions and reporting on jobs.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Company
Set up Job Cost preferences against each company. The user's default company, specified on the Main tab, displays by default.
Profit Centre Group
Assign a profit centre group, or select All Profit Centres to indicate which profit centres this user can access. If the user does not have access to a particular profit centre, they can't enter transactions, make enquiries, or report on jobs with those restricted profit centres assigned.
Permit invoicing
Select this option to enable the user to create job invoices. If the option is not selected, users can only create proforma invoices.
OK
Click this button to confirm the details you have entered for this user and save them.
Cancel
Click this button to cancel the addition or change to this user.
