Standard Text Maintenance
Use this form to define text strings that users can select to add as text to a job or invoice. It works with the Job Card tab on the JC Job Maintenance form, and the Narration tab on the JC AR Invoice Entry form.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Name
Enter a name to represent the text string you are going to add, up to 30 characters.
Default Text
Add text, which is attached to the Name and default to job or invoice text when the name is selected on a form.
Click the trash can icon to delete the text.
