Recalculate Timesheet Selling Prices

This form is enabled if both the CRM eTimesheets and Advanced Job Cost modules are in use.

Use this form to re-cost eTimesheet lines if the selling price has changed between the creation of the eTimesheet and the generation of the related invoice.

Use search filters to find for timesheet lines to include in the process. Click Check Rates to start the search and return timesheet lines to the table.

Select the lines to re-cost and click the Update Rates button to run the update. The process checks the sell rate on selected lines. If it has changed since the employee entered the timesheet, and the cost has not been invoiced, the timesheet rate updates to the current rate.
