Service Requests
This form is enabled if the CRM Service & Support module is in use.
Use this form to enquire on calls and service requests for the job.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Date
Enter the Opened by date associated with the enquiry you are making. This date is attached to each call and service request.
Click Search Now without entering any date to retrieve all calls and service requests for the job. These dates default to the current job cost posting period beginning and end dates.
Only Open Calls/Requests
Select this option to view details for open calls and service requests.
Search Now
Click this button to return call and service request details to the table. If you haven't entered an Opened by date, the search includes all dates.
Create Call
Click this button to open the Calls form to create a call or service request for the job.
