eTimesheets
This form is enabled if the CRM eTimesheets module is in use.
Use it to view the detail associated with timesheets entered using that module. You can view timesheets that have been submitted but not yet approved, or ones that have been entered but not yet submitted. If the job has sub-jobs, timesheets for sub-jobs is listed if the option to Include Sub jobs is selected.
Allow Calls/Allow Service Requests
The selection made determines whether the Call /Service Request fields are available in eTimesheet during timesheet entry. Select:
- Optional - The Call/Service Request field is enabled and you can select a call or service request when entering timesheets.
- Compulsory - The Call/Service Request field is enabled and you must select a call or service request when entering timesheets.
- Not Allowed - The Call/Service Request field is not enabled when entering timesheets.
Click the Show button to populate the enquiry table with results using the criteria you selected. Greentree Desktop calculates the Total time allocated against this job by shown timesheets (entered using the eTimesheets module) display it in the table.
