IN Analysis Code Maintenance

You assign storage profiles to items on the Item Bin Maintenance form. You can categorise items to assign storage profiles at an analysis code level (to then subsequently default to items based on their analysis code).

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Location profiles

Stocking locations display in this table. Where applicable, you can assign a storage profile by location. You can also assign a profile to Overall, if only one profile applies to all codes. Upon saving the form, you are prompted to confirm to update all items that have no storage profile assigned to the profiles now set for the analysis code.

If you don't confirm this action, you can still set the item's storage profile based on analysis code defaults using the Item Bin Maintenance form. Select a location profile — either per Warehouse Bin Management stocking location or, if only one profile is required, nominate this against the overall location. The location list populates with any stocking locations that have Use multi-binning selected.
