Line Details
The report output is sorted using the sorting option selected when the stocktake was prepared. One line prints for each unique item/location/lot number (if in use) combination, and these details display:
- Inventory code
- Description
- Location
- Serial/lot number (if applicable)
- Dimension (if applicable and option to output is selected)
- Unit cost
- Expected (system) quantity
- Counted quantity
- Variance quantity
- Variance value
- Variance %
A summary prints at the bottom of the report, which indicates how many items were included in the stocktake, and displays the total expected value (expected quantity x unit cost), the total counted value (counted quantity x unit cost), and the total variance value. If the stocktake has progressed to a Stocktake Completed status, only the summary information prints on the report.
