Budgets


Use this form to make inventory budget enquiries. It displays year and period summaries for each budget year matching the selection criteria.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Reference

Enter a code to identify a new set of enquiry selection criteria, or retrieve a reference from an existing set of selection criteria. The reference can be an alphanumeric code, up to 30 characters.

Note: This is only applicable if you have Saved criteria, otherwise you do not need to enter a reference to conduct an enquiry.

Budget Number From/To

Enter one or a range of budget numbers to include in the enquiry.

Year From /To

Enter one or a range of years to include in the enquiry.

Sequence

Select the sequence for the enquiry. This is taken from the Inventory Module Control form.

New Criteria

Click this button to clear the current selection criteria and all budget details displayed in the table.

Save Criteria

Click this button to save the current selection criteria so it can be recalled using the Reference field. You must enter a Reference to save the criteria.

Delete Criteria

Click this button to delete the current selection criteria reference. This clears the selection criteria and all details displayed in the table.

Search Now

Click this button to run the enquiry, using the selection criteria.

Budget details updates to the table, displaying one row per budget year, grouped by budget. Click the + button on the row to extend budget details.

Print Report

Click this button to print a Budget Year Summary report. This defaults to the selection criteria entered on the Enquiry form.
