Analysis Code User Field Maintenance


Use this form to set up fields for recording information against inventory items based on a specific analysis code. The widens the scope of information you can record for an item beyond standard Greentree Desktop user defined fields.

Select the analysis code you are setting up user fields for. Then, enter user field detail into the table.

Learn how to define user fields:

  • User defined fields display and populated on the Custom tab on the Inventory Item Maintenance form. For fields set up specifically for analysis codes, they only displays for items that have that analysis code assigned to them on the Inventory Item Maintenance form.
  • If user fields have been set up for an analysis code, they display on the IN Analysis Code Maintenance form.
