Advanced Reorder Report

You can print this report from the Advanced Inventory Reordering form. It displays the suggested reorder quantities for each item included in the report selection.

Parameters

You can set these parameters for the report:

Select Profile

Select a profile from the list.

From Reorder Run Name

Enter the name of the first reorder run in the range of reorder runs to include in the report.

Note: If you leave this field empty, the Reorder Run Name is taken from the name that is selected when the report print is activated from the Advanced Inventory Reordering form.

To Reorder Run Name

Enter the name of the last reorder run in the range of reorder runs to include in the report.

Leave the From Reorder Run Name field empty and enter zzzz in this field to include all reorder runs in the report.

From Supplier Code

Enter the first supplier code in the range of supplier codes to include in the report.

To Supplier Code

Enter the last supplier code in the range of codes to include in the report.

Leave the From Supplier Code field empty and enter zzzz in this field to include all supplier codes in the report.

From Location

Enter the first location in the range of locations to include in the report.

To Location

Enter the last location in the range of locations to include in the report.

Leave the From Location field empty and enter zzzz in this field to include all locations in the report.

From Stock Code

Enter the first stock code in the range of codes to include in the report.

To Stock Code

Enter the last stock code in the range of stock codes to include in the report.

Leave the From Stock Code field empty and enter zzzz in this field to include all stock codes in the report.

Print Zero Quantity

Select this option to include a list of that are not available.

Print Sales Forecast Details

Select this option to include details of sales forecast for each inventory item in the report.

Print Sales History Details

Select this option to include details of each item's sales history in the report.

No. of History Periods

Enter the number of history periods to include in the report.

Print Calculation Method

Select this option to include the method used to calculate remaining stock in the report.
