Posting Period Maintenance

A warning displays on the Payroll Posting Period Maintenance form when you try to close a period in the current company that contains unpaid pays. This does not prevent the period from being closed.

Note: Where a calendar is used in multiple companies and multiple companies are selected, the check his only done for the current company, but the posting period is updated for all the selected companies.
