Privileges Tab


The Privileges tab contains the settings that determine Greentree-wide access to eHR functions — for example, whether an employee can view only their own HR detail or view the details of another employee's detail as well.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Privileges table

The table lists all the main features available through eHR:

  • View Own - An eHR user can view their own information.
  • Update Own - An eHR user can maintain their own information.
  • View Others - An eHR user can view the information of other employees.

The privileges apply to all eHR users. The eHR privileges for each employee are set on the eHR employee setup form.
