Privileges Tab


The Privileges tab contains the settings that determine the employee's access to eHR functions — for example, an employee can view and/or update only their own HR detail or can view another employee's detail.

Note: Select the Leave Requests Create option in the View Others column to enable access to the Leave Request Enquiry form in eHR.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Privileges table

The table lists all the main features available through eHR. You can maintain:

  • View Own - The employee can view their own information.
  • Update Own - The employee can maintain their own information.
  • View Others - The employee can view the information of other employees.
