Main Tab
To access to eHR, the user must enter a user name and password. The user name can be their:
- Greentree employee code.
- Email address (from their Greentree Desktop employee record).
You set the password on this tab. You can set how often the eHR User must change their password.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Password
Enter the password the employee uses to log into eHR.
Confirm Password
Re-enter the password the employee uses to log into eHR to verify it.
Pwd Last Changed
This field displays the date on which the password was last changed. You can update this field.
Change Pwd After x-Days
Enter the frequency (in days) in which the employee must change their eHR password. This field and Pwd Last Changed fields determine when to prompt the user to change their password in eHR.
Locked out of eHR
Select this option to lock the user out of eHR. This is set when the user has exceeded the Max Login Attempts set on the on the Module Control form.
Change Password on Next Login
Select this option to force the user to change their password when they next login. This is useful to set when setting up new employees.
Allow Changing of expense bank details
Select this option if the employee can change their expense bank details from within eHR. This option is enabled if:
- The employee is linked to a job cost employee, and that job cost employee is linked to an eTimesheet employee.
- The eTimesheet employee is linked to an expense supplier and that expense supplier is set to pay using direct credit.
Can approve leave requests
Select this option if the employee can approve leave requests within eHR. The leave requests the employee can approve are determined on the Approvals tab on the Leave Request form.
