Report Security Maintenance
Use this form to group reports to ease the selection process using WebView, and also to add another level of security in terms of which users can see which report groups.
It also enables you to specify whether users can have reports emailed to them, works with the user setting for attaching Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, or links to an email.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Code
Enter a name for the report group, up to 30 alphanumeric characters.
Description
Enter an extended description for the report group.
Reports
Use this tab to select reports to include in the group.

All Reports
Select this option to include all reports in the group.
Available Reports
This section lists all the reports set up on the Report Maintenance form. Highlight the reports to select and click the arrow buttons to move them into the Selected Reports list.
Selected Reports
This section lists the reports you have selected to include in the group.
Users
Use this tab to select the users who are allowed access to the report group in Greentree Desktop and on the web.

All Users
Select this option to enable all users access to the report group.
Available Users
This section lists all the WebView users. Highlight the users to select and click the arrow buttons to move them across into the Selected Users list.
Selected Users
This section lists the users you have allowed to access the report group.
Email Recipients
The form displays all users have been setup in user preferences to receive financial reports by email.
The user displays in red if they do not have an email address entered.
For each user, select which companies they receive reports for. They receive all reports in the Report security group.
