Enquiry
You can only select an account on this form if the Allow reconciliations option is selected for the account on the GL Account Maintenance form.
To perform a reconciliation enquiry, select the general ledger account and select the Enquiry option. The Posting date range is the period before the current general ledger period, but you can change these dates.
You can view transactions in enquiry mode based on a debit or credit view by changing the From debit/credit transactions options.
Click the Apply button to display transactions for the selected account in the posting date range. The detail that displays is read only.
