Reporting Exchange Rate Maintenance

Use this form to enter the exchange rates that are used for reporting. You can enter rates for each rate type that is set up on the Customise Reporting Exchange Rates form, for each calendar period and year. The rates default in the first instance to those set up on the Currency Exchange Rate Maintenance form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Currency from / to

Select the from and to currencies for the rate you are entering.

Multiply/Divide

This field displays, in read-only format, the operator applied to this exchange rate in Currency Exchange Rate Maintenance.

System rate

This field displays the current system rate.

Calendar year

Select the calendar year you are entering rates for.

Exchange rate table

Use this table to enter exchange rates for each calendar period used to convert the from currency to the to currency when you print financial reports. The rate Greentree Desktop uses when doing conversions or translations uses the report or process period end date.
