gtPRUKP11NICJournal
Use this function to update a P11 Journal with NIC information in Payroll. It is used with the HR menu option Update P11 Journals NIC (UK).
This function allows adding updating existing records for employees of a new system if a P11 Journal already exists. This will allow P11 figures to be imported from another system.
Company
The code of the company to which the record belongs.
EmpCode
The employee code that this P11 Journal is for.
Category
Enter the NI Category for the employee. You can import up to four categories.
Col1a
Enter the employees YTD figure for Earnings greater than or equal to LEL for the Category.
Col1b
Enter the employees YTD figure for Earnings greater than LEL and less than or equal to PT for the Category.
Col1c
Enter the employees YTD figure for Earnings greater than PT and less than or equal to UAP for the Category.
Col1d
Enter the employees YTD figure for Earnings greater than UAP and less than or equal to UEL for the Category.
Col1e
Enter the employees YTD figure for Total of employee and employers NIC for the Category.
Col1f
Enter the employees YTD figure for Employee's NIC on earnings above the PT for the Category.
GrossEarnings
Enter the employees YTD figure for Gross Earnings for NIC for the Category.
