gtCustomerDeliveryAddress

This function allows customer delivery addresses to be updated into Greentree Desktop. The Customer Code specified in the function call must already exist in the company.

Note: All the function details are updated, anything left empty is updated as empty in Greentree Desktop.

Company

The company code that the customer belongs to.

Code

The customer's identifying code.

AddressNumber

The code number for the delivery address.

AddressName

The customer's name for the delivery address.

Addr1

The first delivery address line.

Addr2

The second delivery address line.

Addr3

The third delivery address line.

Suburb

The suburb for the delivery address.

PostCode

The post code for the delivery address.

CityOrState

The city or state for the delivery address.

Country

The country to which the delivery address belongs.

time zone

The time zone for the delivery address. You can enter a six alphanumeric character time zone (in a standard format, such as +12:00)

Phone

The phone number of the delivery address.

Mobile

The mobile phone number for the contact person.

Fax

The fax number for the delivery address.

Contact

The name of the contact person for the delivery address.

The email address for the delivery address.

WebAdd

The website address for the delivery address.

RunNumber

The run number that is of the delivery address. For details about how to define delivery run numbers.

DropSeq

The drop sequence that is of the delivery address. For details about how to define drop sequences.

Instructions

Enter any instructions that are specific to the delivery address.

Returns

Not Updated - When there is no error.
Updated - After the function has successfully been updated to Greentree.
Error message - If an error is encountered.
