Schedules


Use this form to maintain the schedules on which the document processor operates.

The Schedules form lists all schedules in Greentree Desktop. When you select a schedule in the top panel, the bottom panel shows the schedule's details and associated tasks.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Enable Processing

Controls whether the Document Processor uses each schedule.

Perform Now

Runs all enabled tasks on a chosen schedule immediately.

Edit Schedule

Opens the Schedule editing form.

Default Schedule

Make one schedule the default for new tasks

Up and Down arrows

Controls task processing sequence. You can also drag tasks to change the sequence.

Move Task

Moves task to a different schedule.

Perform Now

Runs a selected task immediately.

New Schedule

Creates a new schedule.

Delete Schedule

Deletes a schedule.

The Schedule editing form enables you to view and edit the lines or rules controlling when tasks on the schedule are run.

Schedule Name

The schedule's a unique name

Enable Processing

Controls whether the Document Processor uses this schedule

List

A list of lines or rules for the schedule. Select a line to view and edit its details below.

Add (+)

Adds a new line.

Remove (X)

Deletes a line.

Line Type

Include or Exclude.

Days

  • All Days.
  • Exact day - Specify the date.
  • Selected days of the week - Select from the Monday to Sunday checkboxes.

Hours

  • All Hours
  • Once only - specify the time.
  • Range - specify the start and finish times.

Run Every

Choose a number of Hours, Minutes, or Seconds.
