View Sticky Notes

Use this form to search sticky notes in Greentree Desktop.

You can search for sticky notes using the note's text, source, and type. You can also search on only active sticky notes or include inactive sticky notes in your search.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Note

Enter the text to base your search on. The text is validated against the text of the sticky note. Use either:

Starts with - Only sticky notes with text that begins with the text you enter is retrieved and displayed in the table.
Contains - Only sticky notes with text that contains the text you enter is retrieved and displayed in the table. The text can appear in the text of the sticky notes.

Note: This filter is not case sensitive.

Source

Enter the record to base your search for sticky notes on. The text is validated with the source of the sticky notes. Use either:

Starts with - Only sticky notes with a source that begins with the text you enter is retrieved and displayed in the table.
Note: You must enter the punctuation marks displayed in the Source field — for example: Org: (00001) Furniture Galore.
Contains - Only sticky notes with a source that contains the text you enter is retrieved and displayed in the table. The criteria text can appear at the beginning, at the end or in the text of the sticky note.

This filter is not case sensitive.

Note type

Select the types of sticky note to base your search on. If you select this option, only sticky notes for the selected types are retrieved and displayed in the result table.

Show Inactive

Select this option to include inactive sticky notes in your search.
