Bookmark Record/Add to Favourites


When you select Bookmark Record or Add to Favourites, the Add Bookmark form or Add to Favourites form opens. The form displays the name of:

  • The active form and specific record for bookmarks.
  • The active form for favourites.

You can:

  • Enter your own name for the bookmark or favourite.
  • Add the bookmark/favourite to the main Bookmarks or Favourites folder, or add it to a subfolder. Use folders to group and keep track of similar bookmarks or favourites.
  • Define an expiry date for the bookmark or favourite.
  • Delete expired bookmarks or favourites on the Organise Bookmarks form or the Organise Favourites form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Name

The name of the item added to the bookmarks or favourites displays. The Name field contains a:

  • CRM item — for example Quote.
  • Code or number of the item.
  • Summary or description of the item. For favourites, the Name field contains the name of the CRM item — for example, Quote Maintenance.

Expiry Date

Enter the expiry date of the bookmark or favourite.

Use expiry dates on bookmarks or favourites to bulk delete expired bookmarks or favourites by selecting Workflow > System > Bookmark Maintenance or Workflow > System > Favourites Maintenance.

Create in

Select the folder in which you want the bookmark or favourite to be stored. You can create folders.
