Contact Relationship Maintenance

Use this form to create user-defined contact relationships.

There are two system-defined generic contact relationships already set up that you can use: Customer and Other. For any that you set up yourself, you must specify whether the relationship is a customer or an other type.

A customer type is linked to an AR customer. An other type has no specific influence on the code, but allows the classification of contacts.
