Receiving an Email
To file an email from a Greentree Desktop contact, you must forward that email and enter a company email address in the To field on the Customer Relationship Management Module Control form.

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

The email address for the company the email is filed against.
If the To email address does not match any Greentree Desktop company email address, the emails are not filed in Greentree Desktop.
Emails are polled at regular intervals to the Exchange server and are retrieved and filed into Greentree Desktop using the Service Manager configured on the Processing System Status and Setup form.
To view emails that have been filed, open the File Inbound Emails form.
