Data Verification

The Verified option shows:

• Whether the record is checked for accuracy.
• When added, by whom.
• When last edited, by whom.

The Verified option is on these forms:

• Organisation Maintenance - The Verified option also opens the form, which enables you to maintain duplicate records.
• Contact Maintenance - The Verified option also opens the form, which enables you to maintain duplicate records.
• List Maintenance.
• Campaign Maintenance.
• Physical Asset Maintenance.
• Invitation List Maintenance.
• Booking Maintenance.

The Verified option is available as a criteria when creating, for example, lists. You can indicate that only verified records are retrieved.
