Enquiry

You can enquire on the locations, such as view all Assets or Service Requests. Select the subject to enquire on and view the detail in the list. You can drill down on the list of records to view the detail of a record.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Enquiry Subject

Select the subject to enquire upon from the dropdown list. Criteria fields displays using the selected subject. The table lists all subject records for the location.

Type

Click the buttons on the Physical Asset Maintenance form to create events. Events are classified into types that Greentree Desktop generates.

Click the Search Now button to retrieve the asset events using the type you have entered. All retrieved records display in the list.

Date From

Enter the date from which you want events displayed. Click the Search Now button to retrieve the asset events using the date range you have entered. All retrieved records display in the list.

Date To

Enter the final date for which to display events. Click the Search Now button to retrieve the asset events using the date range you have entered. All retrieved records display in the list.

Enquiry Results

This table displays all records for the enquiry criteria entered. Drill down on the line to view the detail record.
