Address

You can enter the addresses for the primary organisation, or let them default to existing addresses:

Business Address - Default to the organisation's business address or AR delivery address.
Postal Address - Same as the primary organisation's postal address or the same as its street address.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Street/Postal Address

Enter the physical and postal address of the location. The physical address is at the top of the form and postal address is located at the bottom of the form.

If you select:

Same as Primary Organisation, the Street/Postal Address defaults to the Street/Postal Address of the primary organisation selected on the Main tab.
Same as Delivery Address, the physical address defaults to the delivery address of the primary organisations as selected on the Main tab.
Same as Street Address, then the postal address of the location is the same as the street address of the location.

Post Code

Enter the post code for the area, up to 10 characters. You can also use the dropdown list to select a post code.

Country

This field defaults to the country for the current company. You can select another country from the dropdown list.

Note: If you select another country from the list, then the selected country code is appended to the end of the last address line upon saving.

State

The state defaults to the state entered for the post code.

T/Zone

Time Zone uses the Post Code you selected.

Enter the map reference for the location.
