eRequisitions Tab

Use this tab to define defaults for eRequisitions.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Allow Web Login

This setting determines whether or not the user has access to eRequisitions. The number of users who have access to eRequisitions display on the Licensing tab on the eModule Control form.

Based on the detail from the Licensing tab, a warning message displays if you select this option for another user and you are running low on licenses.

Can Approve Requisitions

Select this option if you can approve requisitions. If you select this option, you can enter an Amount Range that you can approve for.

From Amount and To Amount

These fields are enabled if the Can Approve Requisitions option is selected. If the user is only allowed to approve requisitions of a certain amount, enter the amount range that you can approve requisitions for. The range is matched with the Requisition Total Amount.

Show Requisitions outside Range

This option is enabled if the Can Approve Requisitions option is selected.

Select this option if you can view requisitions outside the amount range on the SCM Requisitions Approvals for. If not selected, only requisitions in the set amount range displays.
