Timesheets Approval


Use the Timesheets Approval tab to select the employees for whom the selected employee in the header are authorised to perform single level eTimesheet approvals. You can also select multiple employees and add them to this list.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Add to List

Click this button to add the selected employee to the Approval list.

Remove from List

Click this button to remove the selected employee from the Approval list.

Timesheets Approval list

The timesheets approval list applies to single-level approvals. This table lists the employees for which approver can approve timesheets.

Code

Select the employee from the dropdown list. When you select the employee Code, the employee's last and first name copy to the Surname and First Name fields.

Surname

Select the employee from the dropdown list. When you select the employee's Surname, the employee's code and first name copy to the Code and First Name fields.

First Name

Select the employee from the dropdown list. When you select the employee' s First Name, the employee's code and surname copy to the Code and Surname fields.
