List Tab

Use this tab to view the contacts included in your list and to perform modifications.

Buttons on this Tab

• Build list - Runs the current list criteria and retrieves the database records. The matching records appear in the table provided. If a previous build list routine was processed, the contacts from this list are removed. If any records have previously been added to the list, they are retained.
• Add to List - If you must add contacts to the list, you can search for contacts in the Contact frame and add them through this selection.
• Remove from List - Select any record listed in the table and remove it from the list by clicking this button.
• Append List - Click this button to append to a previously-built a list. Modify the criteria for the additional entries required and click the Append List button.

Contact List

This table lists the contacts that meet the criteria selected. The contacts are retrieved as:

• All the organisations that meet the organisation criteria are retrieved.
• All the contacts for the matching organisations are retrieved using the contact criteria entered.
• The result list is merged or contacts excluded using the lists selected on the criteria.
• List tab. Additional contacts selected using the contact search fields and by clicking the Add to List button are added to this result table and saved.

Contact Code

Select the contact from the dropdown list. The list displays all contacts entered in the database. When you select the Contact Code, the Alpha and Name fields default to the value.

Contact Alpha

Select the contact from the dropdown list. The list displays all contacts entered in the database. When you select the Contact Alpha, the Code and Name fields default to the value.

Contact Name

Select the contact from the dropdown list. The list displays all contacts entered in the database. When you select the Contact Name, the Alpha and Code fields default to the value.
