Security Tab

The Security tab captures and displays the assigned user and team.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Assigned User

This field displays the current owner of a record. Security uses the record ownership to determine access defined on the User Preferences form.

You can change the assigned user by selecting another user from the dropdown list.

Assigned Team

This field displays the team that currently owns a record. Security uses the record ownership to determine access defined on the User Preferences form.

You can change the assigned team by selecting another team from the dropdown list.

Created by

This field defaults to the logged-in user and indicates who created the counter sale. You can select a different user from the dropdown list.
