Generate Scheduled Maintenance

On the Generate Maintenance form, select all the criteria that generate maintenance is based upon:

1. Select the Schedule Group.
2. Select the Schedule Type.
3. Select the Location.
4. Select the Asset Type.
5. Select the Asset Class.
6. Select the Cycle Authorisation.

   You can select Assets and/or Other.

7. Select what the cycle is Based on. You can select Time, Usage, or both.
8. Enter the Up To Date.

   Maintenance is calculated and displayed up to the Up To Date entered.

9. Click Search Now.

   The table lists all scheduled maintenance items that meet the selected criteria.

10. Select the scheduled maintenance items for which you want to generate a service request.
11. Select Consolidate Service Request options.
12. Select Create Service Requests.
    • A service request is automatically-generated for each selected scheduled maintenance item or for each consolidate item.  .
    • The generated service request can be viewed on the Services tab on the Asset Maintenance form.
