Define a Maintenance Cycle Template

On the Maintenance Cycle Template form:

1. Enter a Code to uniquely identify the maintenance cycle.
2. Enter a Name for the maintenance cycle.
3. Select the maintenance cycle's Type.
4. Select Service Group to be allocated when running the maintenance cycle.
5. Select Service Person to be allocated when running the maintenance cycle.
6. Select Service Type to be allocated when running the maintenance cycle.
7. Select the default Job to be allocated when running the maintenance cycle.
8. Select the Start Time to be allocated when running the maintenance cycle.
9. Select either Time or Usage based.
10. Enter the criteria that scheduled maintenance is calculated on.
    • If time based, enter a Frequency.
    • If usage based, enter the reading and unit of measure.
11. Update Service Work to be done,

    Note: You must select the Change Text option.

12. Update the Estimated Time, Cost and Sell.
13. Save your entries.
