Consolidate Service Requests

Use the Consolidate Service Request form to group a cycle's proposed service requests per consolidate option. A form displays, listing each consolidated service request to be generated. You can select the proposed consolidated service request and review the list of services that it consists of.

The consolidated service request lists each of the grouped services in the Problem Description field on the Main tab. If the consolidated service request relates to more than one asset, then the list of assets is updated to the Secondary Assets field on the Context tab.

Use this form to double-check that you've selected the correct consolidation parameters. If not, select cancel and re-select consolidation options.
