Inventory Item Maintenance

The Analysis tab is enabled on this form if the User Preferences option Analysis Tab in Masterfiles is selected.

Business Analyst graphs data series (Y-axis) by:

Net purchases value
Net sales value
Purchase quantity
Sales quantity

These values display for the item, for each period (X-axis) from three years ago to the current fixed asset period.

Actual values display in the table below the graph. The first row of the table contains a checkbox for each data series, which you can select or deselect to choose what data to view.

You can resize the table in the form, which also resizes the graph.

These options are available when you right-click on the graph:

Copy to clipboard

Copies the graph image to the clipboard so you can paste it into another application.

Save image to file

Saves the graph image to a file.

Change appearance

Provides several options for changing the appearance of the graph so you can customise it to suit the needs of your users or business.

Save data to file

Saves the table data to a file (comma delimited).

Refresh chart

Updates the graph or table with current data.
