Customer Maintenance

The Analysis tab is enabled on this form if the option Analysis Tab in Masterfiles on the User Preferences form is selected.

Business Analyst graphs these data series (Y-axis) by default:

Current balance
Future balance
Sales
Receipts

These values display for the customer, for each period (on the graph's X-axis) from three years ago to the current Accounts Receivable period.

Actual values display in the table below the graph. The first row of the table contains a checkbox for each data series, which can be selected or deselected depending on the data to view on the graph.

You can resize the table in the form, which also resizes the graph.

These options are available when you right-click on the graph:

Copy to clipboard

Copies the graph to the clipboard so you can paste it into another application.

Save image to file

Saves the graph as an image file.

Change appearance

Provides several options for changing the appearance of the graph so you can customise it to suit the needs of the user or business.

Save data to file

Saves the table data to a comma-delimited file.

Refresh chart

Updates the graph or table with current data.
