Balance Forward Tab

This tab displays all outstanding transactions associated with the selected customer, broken down by overdue period.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Show children

This is not applicable to a balance forward view.

Show futures

Select this option to display future-dated transactions in the table for selection.

Balance forward table

This table displays the customer's aged values. Periods associated with a refund value are selected in the table. You cannot select values to refund from this table.
