Use this tab to view all transactions of the customer, including those for which CRM is the source module. If notes or attachments have been added to the transaction, it is indicated here.

Note: Open, Detail, and Contact columns are only apply to CRM transaction types — for example, Quotes, Communications, Appointments, and the like.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Subject

Select a transaction from the list. This includes transactions sourced from the Accounts Receivable, Sales Order, Job Cost, and CRM modules.

Select All to view all transactions, or a specific transaction type to view only transactions of one type — for example, AR Receipt, AR Refund, or SO Sales Order.

Date From/To

Enter the to and from dates to use for filtering the transactions returned to the enquiry table when you click the Apply button (based on the transaction document date).

Apply

Click this button to apply the subject and date parameters, and return transaction details to the table.

Double-click any transaction line to open details of the transaction in the source form. For example, if you click an AR invoice transaction line, Greentree Desktop displays the AR Invoice Entry form, pre-populated with details of the transaction. You can also view notes and/or attachments for transactions.

Note: If a user does not have menu security access for any of the transaction types, the transaction is visible in the enquiry, but the user can't drill down to view transaction detail.
