WebView

This tab is enabled if WebView is in use.

Use this form to define supplier logins, passwords, and other settings for WebView processing.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Allowed Web Access

Select this option to indicate the supplier can access WebView. If this option is not selected, none of the other fields on the form are visible.

Web Access

User name

The WebView supplier's login name. It can be left empty if you select Use email address as Web login ID? for the supplier.

Use email address as Web login ID?

Select this option to indicate the supplier's email address is used as their WebView login name. The email address is set up on the Main tab of the AP Supplier Maintenance form.

Password

The supplier's WebView login password.

Select the menu the supplier will see when they log into WebView. If this is left blank, the user will see the Default Menu assigned on the WebView Module Control form.

Account locked

Greentree Desktop updates this indicator, and it is selected to indicate that the supplier's account is locked.

Allow Export to Excel

This setting allows the supplier to export WebView results to Excel.

Yes

The user can export WebView results to Excel if the Allow Export to Excel option is selected on the Page Maintenance form.

The user cannot export WebView results to Excel unless the Allow Export to Excel option is selected on the Page Maintenance form.

Never

The user can never export WebView results to Excel, even if the Allow Export to Excel option is selected on the Page Maintenance form.

Uses WebView Designer

Select this option to indicate the supplier can access web pages designed using WebView.

Uses Financial Reporting

Select this option to indicate the supplier can to view reports using the web.

Published Reports

Display latest Published Report only?

Select this option if the supplier is can only see the latest published report.

Allow Published Report expiry change?

Select this option if the supplier can change the expiry date when creating published reports.

Live Report Prompt

Select this option if the supplier can see the prompt that a published report exists when they are running a live report.

Units

Select the default units to use when this supplier saves a published report.

Value

This is the number of the Unit to keep a Published Report for when the supplier saves one.
