Related Form
Use this form to view all transactions of the supplier including those for which CRM is the source module.
Note: Open, Detail, and Contact columns only apply to CRM transaction types — for example, Communications, Appointments, and SCM Requisitions.
Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Subject
Select each type of transaction associated with the supplier from the list. This includes transactions sourced from the AR, PO, CRM, and SCRM modules.
Select All to view all transactions, or a specific transaction type to view only transactions of one type — for example, AP Payment or PO Purchase Order.
Date From/To
Enter the to and from dates to use for filtering the transactions returned when you click the Apply button (based on the transaction document date).
Apply
Click this button to apply the subject and date parameters, and return transaction details to the table.
Double-click any transaction line. Greentree Desktop opens details of the transaction in the source form. For example, if you double click an AP invoice transaction line, Greentree Desktop opens the AP Invoice Entry form, pre-populated with details of the transaction. If the transaction includes notes and/or attachments, you can also view them.
Note: If a user does not have menu security access for any of the transaction types, the transaction is visible but the user can't drill down and view the transaction detail.
