Templates Tab
Use this tab to assign the templates used for form forms (pages) and reports for Webstore process. The Webstore module is pre-populated with standard templates, but you can create you own templates. For detailed information about how to set up and use templates, download the Webstore 3 Installation Guide from the Greentree Load-n-Go DVD and reference these topics:

Options Reference
Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.
Customer Account Details:
Account Enquiry - account.ect
This displays a list of the web customer's invoices, and a reference to any credit notes or receipts applied to an invoice. Availability of the template is controlled by the Account details viewing option on the Security tab. It is not visible to anonymous users/customers
The template
provides options to view all outstanding invoices or all invoices within
the current period.
Contact Details - address.ect
This displays the contact details of the web customer. Availability of the template is controlled by the Contact details viewing option on the Security tab. Details may also be edited using this template if the Security tab miscellaneous option Allow editing of contact details is selected. It is not visible to anonymous users/customers.
Delivery Address - details.ect
This displays the delivery details of the web customer. Availability of the template is controlled by the Delivery details viewing option on the Security tab. If the security option is selected, the user will also be able to edit the delivery details using this template. It is not visible to anonymous users/customers.
Invoice Display - invoice.ect
This displays invoice line detail when a specific invoice is selected to view using the Account Enquiry.
Credit List - cnotelist.ect
This displays the list of credit notes applied to a selected invoice. Each credit note can then be drilled down into. This is not available to anonymous customers.
Credit Display - creditnote.ect
This displays credit note line detail when a specific credit note is selected to view. This is not available to anonymous customers.
Receipt List - reclist.ect
This displays the list of receipts applied to a selected invoice. There is no drill down available for receipts. This is not available to anonymous customers
Sales Order Details:
Shopping Cart - order.ect
This displays the items that have been added to the shopping cart. The user can change quantities, remove items and select a delivery type using this template. They can also use the Back option to go back and add more items to the cart. Click the Checkout button to submit the order.
These options are also apply to this template:
- Allow transfer to a customer login option for anonymous users.
- No of days to hold user with no action.
Check Out - checkout.ect/checkout_anon.ect
Two template are available to select here. Use the file checkout.ect for users who are placing an order against a customer account, and the checkout_anon.ect should be used for anonymous users/customers. Both display the finalised list of items added to the shopping cart, and the total order cost, including tax and delivery.
The user can enter delivery instructions and other relevant information, plus an email address for order confirmation. The delivery date may be selected from dropdown list or selected from a calendar date control. The only way to access the check out page is from the shopping cart. Credit card details must be entered before the order can be submitted if the checkout_anon.ect is in use.
Order Confirmation - confirm.ect
This displays order confirmation or rejection/error message detail. It displays on the confirmation page following submission of the order
You can use
the xmlconfirm.ect template for XML
orders - this is found in the same Webstore template folder as the
standard confirmation.
Order Tracking - tracking.ect
This displays all orders of the web customer, based on the No. of days on the Security tab. Availability of the template is controlled by the Order tracking viewing option on the Security tab. It is not visible to anonymous users/customers, but it can be used by the user assigned to a cash sale account, specified as having Special viewing privileges in the Module Control - Anonymous Orders form.
Order Display - sale.ect
This displays order detail when an order is selected from the order tracking list. It is not visible to anonymous users/customers. A copy of the sale_email.ect template is the template for sending emails to customers. These emails will be sent if configured for both anonymous and customer account web users. The same template is also used for sending notifications to the administrator. The subject heading of the email is obtained from the Email subject text defined on the Options tab of Webstore Module Control.
Bulk Order Entry - textload.ect
This enables users to directly add multiple items to the shopping cart, if they are already known to them instead of searching or browsing the catalogue). Availability of the template is controlled by the Bulk order entry viewing option on the Security tab.
Sitemap - sitemap.ect
This provides a sitemap, which is an overview of your Webstore site.
Inventory Search - search.ect
This enables users to search for inventory items to add to their order. It uses the item's code or description and allows users to enter a keyword, part of a keyword, or two keywords within one item description. Search results display the details for each item found in the same format as the catalogue pages.
Kitset component - kitset.ect
This is only required to enable standard inventory kitset function during sales order entry. The template must be selected for each security group that requires this feature. The template controls the application of kitset function within Webstore and as such is not a mandatory selection within the template selection form. If it is not selected, the availability of kitset function is suppressed within Webstore.
Catalogue page - category.ect
The catalogue page defaults as the first page when the user enters Webstore. It presents the user with pre-defined catalogues of your inventory items displayed as collapsible trees alongside the navigation bars. The user can drill down into other branches in any catalogue from any catalogue page.
If there are multiple pages, they can type into a text box the number of the page they want to jump to, or click the Next or Previous buttons to go to the next/previous items within a tree branch.
