Hold Code Maintenance

When transactions are put on hold, you can assign a code for the hold on this form. Greentree maintains a hold balance for customers and suppliers, which is the value of transactions that have a hold code assigned to them. The hold balance displays in the Customer Maintenance and Supplier Maintenance forms.

Code

Enter a code of up to 20 alphanumeric characters.

Description

Enter a description of up to 50 alphanumeric characters.

Is retained

Select this option if you want the value of transactions that have this hold code assigned to them to update the retention balance.
