AR Journal Entry - Sales Orders

An accounts receivable journal is generated when a sales order with an Advance Receipt is invoiced. The journals are read only. You cannot delete them unless the associated Advance Receipt is also deleted.

You can apply an invoice generated from a sales order to an accounts receivable journal regardless of whether the sales order has Advance Receipts or not.
