Settings Tab


Use the Settings tab to specify whether you want particular line item fields to be invisible or read-only during order entry, receipt entry, and shipment entry.

You can change the settings on this tab at a user level in Purchase Order User Preferences. To define settings for a specific form, click that form's tab.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Display header as default

Select this option if you want the purchase order (or other form) header form to always be displayed during the entry of line items. This option is applicable if you enter lines into the table instead of the form. You can change this option on the Purchase Order User Preferences form.

If you don't select this option, the Line Item Entry form displays to allow the entry of lines using the form, when header details are saved.

Update changes to user

Select this option if you have made changes to the line entry display and you want to default those changes to the user who is logged in when the changes are made. If selected, the line entry details will be updated for the user in Purchase Order User Preferences when the Module Control settings are saved.
