Consignment Note

Use this to record consignment note numbers against packing slips.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Select items to consign

Pick only (SO Module Control Use Packers is not selected) - This displays a list view of packing slips where the packing slips line item Is picked is selected and the packing slip is not read only.
Pick and Pack (SO Module Control Use Packers is selected) - This displays a list view of packing slips where the picking status = Fully picked and the packing slip is not read only.

The list view is always sorted by packing slip regardless of the pick sort sequence in Mobile Preference Group Maintenance.

Select the packing slips then tap the Consign No. button to display the Consignment note details form.

Information Multiple Packing slips can be selected for one consignment note.

Individual lines can be selected on a packing slip.

The quantity cannot be changed. If it must be changed it must be updated using Packing Slip Maintenance.

Consignment note details

Select a carrier and scan or enter the consignment note number.

The consignment note number is optional, for example it could be a customer pick up.

Save updates the packing slip with the entered details including a timestamp.

Drop down list of carrier codes.

Name

Drop down list of carrier names.

Consign No.

Scan or enter the consignment note number for the selected carrier.
