Job Bulk Convert Proforma to Invoice

When you have created proforma invoices, use this process to convert them into actual invoices. If you open this form after creating an invoice, it is populated with the newly created invoices.

The same filter options available on the Bulk Create Proforma process form are available on this form, enabling you to filter the selection of proforma invoices to convert.

To create the invoices, select the proformas you want to include by clicking the Selected box next to the invoice in the table. You can also click the Select All button to select all proformas to include in the process. Click Create Invoices to generate the invoices. A message displays when the process has completed.
