Custom Tab

Use this tab to assign and display serial/lot trees and information about user-defined fields.

Information If a serial/lot tree is defined as Mandatory, you can't save a new serial/lot unless you have allocated it to a branch in that tree.

You cannot remove a serial/lot from a tree using this form. This action must be performed using the Serial/Lot Tree Maintenance form.

Options Reference

Each option and field on the form is described below. Mandatory options and fields are highlighted in red.

Serial lot trees table

To assign a serial/lot to a tree branch, double click on the name of a tree in the table. This displays the associated branches. Then, select or change the tree branch for the serial/lot.

Serial lot user fields table

Custom fields are set up using Serial Lot User Field Maintenance, and defaults to this table, enabling the assignment of a value. You don't need to assign values to user fields.
